Privacy Policy

Fantasy Football Trade Lab ("Trade Lab," "we," "us") at fftradelab.com is a tool for analyzing fantasy football trades. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information. If you sign in, we receive your email address from the sign-in method you choose (an emailed link, Google or Discord). From Google or Discord we may also receive your name and profile picture. We do not receive your passwords.
• League and app data. League rosters, team names and league settings you import from Sleeper or ESPN or enter yourself; your settings; value adjustments; saved trades; trades you add to your trade history; and trade ideas you hide.
• Technical data. Our hosting and sign-in providers automatically process basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

How we use it

• To run the tool: analyze trades, find trade ideas and show your league.
• If you sign in, to save your data to your account and sync it across your devices.
• To keep the service working, secure and free of abuse.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

Where it's stored

If you don't sign in, your data stays in your browser's local storage on your device and is not sent to us. If you sign in, a copy of your data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase so it can sync across devices.

Service providers

• Netlify hosts the website.
• Supabase provides sign-in and stores account data.
• Google and Discord provide sign-in if you choose them.
• Sleeper and ESPN provide league data when you import a league. Your browser requests that data directly from them.
• FantasyCalc provides player market values. Your browser requests these directly and no personal information is sent.
• Google Fonts serves the site's fonts.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to save your data and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

• You can use Trade Lab without an account.
• You can delete your saved account data at any time in Settings with "Delete my cloud data." To delete your sign-in account entirely, email us and we'll remove it.
• You can clear data stored on your device with "Reset everything" in Settings or by clearing your browser's site data.

Data retention

We keep your account data until you delete it or ask us to delete your account. Deleted data may remain in routine backups for a short period before it is removed.

Children

Trade Lab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
